That's exactly who we recruit. Most of our guys had zero sales background โ college guys and athletes who were coachable and hungry. The average rookie still makes about $30K in a summer, and Sergio did $100K as Top Rookie of Milwaukee. Training is the whole point.
What are we actually selling?
Pest control, door to door in Milwaukee. Simple product, real demand, and the highest pay in the industry. Dylan will walk you through the whole thing on the info call.
Where do I live for the summer?
Milwaukee, and housing is provided free all summer. You show up ready to work; where you sleep is handled.
How much can I actually make?
